30

Clients’ conversion tracking

Sole owner of implementing and managing all conversion tracking across an ad agency’s client roster.

13

Commercial impact & agency growth

At an ad agency with a 17-year history, Branden contributed to its three most profitable years on record: 2023–2025. Agency revenue across his managed and co-managed accounts grew from $93K in 2022 to $547K in 2025.

Healthcare & privacy-focused workflows

Built workflows designed to support HIPAA compliance by removing protected health information before data reached advertising platforms, helping the agency take on healthcare clients. Co-managed three healthcare accounts representing $3.5M in 2025 media spend.

Client leadership & team development

Served as the primary contact for key accounts and led advertising performance reviews with client owners and C-level leadership. Translated results into clear investment priorities, directed creative reviews, and hired, trained, and supervised staff.

Financial services & lead quality

Managed acquisition for a financial services client across paid search, social, and CTV. Combined client-scored lead-quality feedback with conversion and cost data to improve targeting and guide budget decisions.

Operations & accountability

Built automated invoicing and introduced twice-weekly budget-pacing reports, giving leadership and account teams a clearer view of spending. Brought the same discipline to campaign delivery, reporting, and day-to-day client management.

Our approach

Clear priorities.
Accountable execution.

We learn how your business works, establish reliable measurement, and build a plan around your goals. From launch through ongoing optimization, you get clear priorities, proactive management, and reporting that explains what comes next.

  1. 01 / Discover

    Deeply understand your business

We start with your products or services, customers, business economics, and market. We learn what makes your offer valuable, how your sales process works, and what a meaningful sale or lead looks like—then agree on the goals.

  2. 02 / Audit

    Establish a clear starting point

We assess existing campaigns, creative, conversion tracking, and the customer journey. Where relevant, we review CRM and follow-up workflows, separating immediate fixes from longer-term opportunities.

  3. 03 / Plan

    Build the right route

We align channels, audiences, campaign structure, creative direction, budgets, and measurement around your priorities. You know the scope, responsibilities, and reporting cadence before work begins.

  4. 04 / Configure & Test

Build a foundation you can trust

We configure campaigns, feeds, tracking, and agreed customer workflows, then test the full journey. Creative, landing pages, forms, calls, purchases, and consent behavior are checked before launch.

  5. 05 / Launch & Monitor

    Execute with close attention

We launch against the agreed plan and monitor spend, delivery, and conversion signals. Early findings guide measured adjustments, with clear communication about what is live and what we are learning.

  6. 06 / Analyze, Optimize & Scale

    Turn insight into better performance

We connect campaign data with sales, lead quality, and customer feedback to understand what drives results. We use those insights to refine targeting, creative, and customer journeys—then scale the campaigns and channels that demonstrate strong performance, with budget increases guided by efficiency, lead quality, and your capacity for growth.

Meet Branden

Your strategy partner.
Your day-to-day expert.

I help businesses grow ecommerce sales and generate qualified leads through digital advertising. My approach combines practical campaign strategy with reliable tracking and clear reporting, so you can understand what’s working and make informed decisions about where to invest next.

Before founding Dolomite, I progressed from Online Marketing Analyst to Account Supervisor at an ad agency. I built a strong technical foundation in analytics and conversion tracking, then took on broader responsibility for client strategy, multichannel budgets, and creative direction. Across ecommerce, financial services, healthcare, and local services, I led client relationships and presented performance insights and recommendations to business owners and executive leadership.

That experience shaped how I approach every account: understanding your business, what happens after someone clicks, and what makes a customer valuable. I look at how leads are handled, how customers convert and return, and whether performance supports scaling. At Dolomite, I take ownership of strategy and day-to-day execution—from the initial audit through testing, optimization, and scale—keeping you informed with clear reporting and proactive recommendations.
