Dolomite Advertising
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This privacy policy explains how Dolomite Advertising collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website or sent directly to our business email.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we may receive information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, service interests, how you heard about us, and the contents of your message.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether our services fit your needs, communicate about potential or active engagements, improve our services, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Website analytics and cookies
This website stores campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers in your browser’s local storage for up to 30 days to help identify how visitors found us. This information may include UTM parameters, Google or Facebook click identifiers, and the referring website’s hostname. When you submit an inquiry, available attribution information is included with your request. You can clear this information through your browser’s site-data settings. The site also makes a submission event available for advertising measurement integration. This event includes normalized name, email and phone details, available Meta browser and click identifiers, and an event identifier and timestamp. It excludes your message and verification token. Contact details are not saved in browser local storage. Any advertising integrations must use the applicable consent settings.
Spam protection
The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Turnstile processes browser and interaction information to distinguish people from automated traffic. Form delivery depends on our server accepting and validating the request; a confirmation is displayed only after a successful response. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate our business, when required by law, or when necessary to protect our rights. These providers are expected to handle information appropriately.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No online system is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete information you have provided, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also adjust your browser settings to limit cookies.
